This comprehensive program blends hands-on Microsoft Excel training with business analysis fundamentals aligned to the IIBA BABOK® Guide v3, preparing graduates to earn the IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) and the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Associate Certification.

- Microsoft Excel Certification Prep – Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel with emphasis on MOS Excel Associate certification.
- Business Analysis Foundations (ECBA Prep) – Master core concepts from the IIBA BABOK® Guide, including stakeholder analysis, requirements gathering, Agile frameworks, and solution documentation, to prepare for the ECBA exam.
