This program blends CompTIA Tech+, AI Essentials, and Generative AI training with practical business and problem-solving skills, equipping graduates with the tools to thrive in technology-driven support roles.

Students will gain a strong foundation in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting, while also exploring how AI tools and automation are transforming customer and technical support services.

Instructor-Supported Model – $5,000

  • Includes everything in the Structured Self-Paced Model, plus:
    • Weekly live class sessions with an experienced instructor.
    • Extra guided support and opportunities to engage with peers.
  • Weekly live instructor-led classes with an experienced instructor.
  • Guided instruction, demonstrations, and real-time question-and-answer opportunities.
  • Opportunities to collaborate and engage with fellow students during live class sessions.
  • Ideal for learners who prefer scheduled live instruction, direct interaction with an instructor, and a collaborative learning environment while maintaining the flexibility of online learning.
